Braces and aligners
Metal braces
Modern brackets are smaller and less noticeable than the ones adults remember, and heat-activated archwires move teeth using your own body heat. Children get to choose their colours.
Ceramic braces
The same size and shape as metal braces, with tooth-coloured or clear brackets that blend into the teeth. Less visible than metal, and they appeal to adult patients.
Invisalign clear aligners
A series of clear aligners custom made for you and worn at all times. They come out, so brushing, flossing and eating carry on exactly as they normally would.
Specialist orthodontic care
Lingual braces
Custom built in the laboratory and cemented to the inside of the teeth, so they are invisible from the front. We use the most recent self-ligating system for lingual cases.
Early assessment from age seven
The Canadian and American associations of orthodontists both recommend a first visit by age seven, while the jaws are still growing and treatment that guides them still works.
Ortho care oral hygiene
Keeping teeth clean is harder with braces on, so every patient receives a power toothbrush along with products and guidance for their daily brushing at home.

We treat our own patients and we take referrals from colleagues. If your dentist has suggested orthodontics, call the front desk and we will take it from there.

Open until 7pm
Wednesday and Thursday we are here until seven in the evening. Monday and Tuesday we open at eight in the morning, and Friday we run through to three.

At your first visit you get to know us and feel comfortable at our practice. You will receive a complete assessment of your bite by the orthodontist, and we will discuss what the next step would be.

Call the front desk or send a request below. We operate on scheduled appointments, so the time you book is reserved for you and nobody else.

A complete bite assessment
The orthodontist assesses your bite in full and tells you whether orthodontic treatment is recommended, and what it would involve if it is.

The details, discussed with you
If treatment is recommended the details are discussed at that same appointment, and we follow up for a year after the braces come off.

Send us a note and the front desk will get back to you to find a time. We work on scheduled appointments, so we ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a visit. If the time you want is not free, we will put you on our priority list and call you when something opens up. We are open Monday and Tuesday from 8am, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am through to 7pm, and Friday until 3pm.
